Carrier Ethernet 2.0 Revolution – Seoul Korea

Date: December 10, 2014               Location: Seoul, Korea             Hosted by HFR and SDH

This seminar from the MEF brings a new local and global perspective on the world’ most successful network service deployment over the last decade: Carrier Ethernet. It features an in depth look at Carrier Ethernet 2.0 (CE 2.0) services, wholesale Access services, service management and operations, and its applications in the context of SDN, Cloud and Mobile Backhaul optimization. Finally, it features the latest on the MEF’s new “Third Network” vision.

Service Management and Operations: This session covers the latest MEF initiatives to define, streamline & standardize process for buying, selling, delivering and operating MEF-defined services. The session brings insight into the new work covering processes, information, interfaces and terminology applied to partner relationship management, lifecycle management and industry standards alignment. It also covers related management specifications and address new orchestration and monitoring required for controlling dynamic Carrier Ethernet services.
