.IP 망을통해Voice, Video, Data 의세가지서비스를제공하는것
.ISP가고객들에게TPS 서비스를제대로제공하기위해서는, 각서비스에따른서로다른QoS requirements를보장해주어야한다.
.QoS requirements
.Voice : 딜레이와지터에가장민감한서비스로이러한파라미터들이최소가되어야한다.
어느정도의패킷손실은서비스품질에커다란영향을미치지는않지만, 이역시가능한한낮은수준으로유지되어야한다. 세가지유형의서비스중에서가장우선순위가높아야한다.
.Video : 딜레이가서비스품질에영향을미치므로가능한한낮게유지시켜줘야한다. 그러나, 딜레이의변화(지터)가심해서는안된다. Voice 서비스와마찬가지로어느정도의패킷손실은허용된다.
.Data : 다른서비스들에비해비교적커다란딜레이도허용되지만, 패킷손실이발생해서는안된다.
