HFR mobile, a subsidiary of HFR, announced that it successfully participated and exhibited at MWC 2024 in Barcelona, Spain, last month.
HFR mobile demonstrated my5G, a private 5G solution using digital twins and AI technology, on-site and attracted great interest from many global companies.
HFR mobile demonstrated that the my5G solution enables easy and fast operation management by configuring the entire space and communication facilities where the private 5G network is installed as a digital twin, and that even application services can be intuitively monitored and managed to maximize the effectiveness of using the private 5G network.
In addition, visitors were able to experience AR (augmented reality) based solutions that make it easy to perform on-site maintenance without the need for skilled technicians.
During the exhibition, executives from three Korean MNOs (SK Telecom, KT and LGU+) visited HFR's booth, as well as Hyundai Mobis and Sejong Telecom, which are interested in private 5G deployments.
Representatives from HFR's major customers FNC and NESIC visited the booth, as well as executives from global companies Boldyn, Cellnex, Intel, and many other related companies, and several companies expressed their intentions to adopt HFR mobile's solutions or business cooperation.
In addition, representatives from major research firms such as Gartner, Mobile Expert, and ABI also visited the booth and took note of the demonstration.
"It was a great opportunity to showcase the innovative features of my5G, an integrated private 5G solution that includes application operation management, to relevant companies and organizations at home and abroad," said Lee Jong-heon, CEO of HFR mobile. "We plan to become a leading company in the global private 5G industry through partnerships with companies that have established customer bases in the B2B market."
